Small board of Green Ash, fully air dried to 10-12 percent moisture content.  It is rough cut.  The grain is linear to gently waving.

This block has an edge of wane as shown in the photos.  There is also one void or tunnel in the block, which appears to be about 2.5" deep but could extend deeper in the board.  We've discounted this board because of the uncertainty around the depth of the tunnel.   There's a lot of good material in this board, but you may sacrifice some if you need to plane away the tunnel.
