This is a quirky little block of Black Cherry that will be fun to turn.  It is complex and slightly burly.  There are knots, voids, and bark inclusions, and the block is warped from internal forces while drying.   It has been air-dried to 10-12% MC.

This block is probably best suited for an experienced turner.
