This is a nice plain-sawn board of Texas Eastern Red Cedar. It is entirely deep reddish-purple heartwood with a smoothly linear to gently curving grain pattern.  The board is sealed with Anchor Seal and has been air-dried to ~12% moisture content.

This piece is very aromatic -- it smells wonderful!  

On Sale!!    There are several grain-parallel drying cracks present The board is strong and sound.   I've discounted the board because of these minor cracks.
